| Veterans Program for Susan's Healthcare |

| Susan participated in the Senior Veteran's Care Program at the Sepulveda VA Campus in the San Fernando Valley. The VA provided services designed to keep her at home as long as possible through extra health care at this daily program. She received physical therapy and activities designed to keep her mind engaged. She was also provided a meal service. The excellence and kindness of the staff at the Sepulveda facility were a great benfit to her well being.
Susan also received medical care for all her needs through the VA Medical Staff. She was always been taken care of with great respect in a timely manner. She received care mostly at the Sepulveda unit and when needed at the Westwood unit. The VA program helped her to be live to 100.
